Courtney Love Evicted from NYC TownhouseDECEMBER 15, 2011 AT 4:07PM BY REBECCA MACATEE Courtney Love is being evicted from her $27,000-a-month rented townhouse in NYC, the New York Post reports. After wrecking the designer decor, the 46-year-old singer was issued with an eviction notice. NEWS: Courtney claims she's Lindsay Lohan's sober coach Donna Lyon, the owner of the $8 million home, told the Post that Love "wallpapered and painted a large portion of the property without my consent." One of the requirements of the lease was that nothing should be done to the interiors. PHOTOS: Hollywood's hottest bad girls "This can't be my property," Lyon told the paper. "I came to New York to see it and I was horrified by what she had done. The walls that had been hand-painted and glazed were ruined, covered in damask wallpaper and ice-blue paint." In June, Love accidentally started a fire in the master bedroom. "I got a call from her accountant, who said, 'Miss Love is fine,' which I was glad to hear," Lyon said. "But I thought, 'What about the house?'" PHOTOS: Hot mess to hotness! Lyon claimed that Love is $54,000 behind on the $324,000 annual rent. A court date has been set for Dec. 21 in civil court.

Lawsuits: Gaming Company Still Trying To Break Baby Bump Bey Bey’s Bank With $100 Milli Lawsuit

Lawsuits: Gaming Company Still Trying To Break Baby Bump Bey Bey’s Bank With $100 Milli Lawsuit Posted on December 7th, 2011 - By Bossip Staff Categories: Beyonce, Lawsuits, News 25 Comments Poor baby bump BeyBey might come up short on her nursery decorating fundage if a video game company is successful in their lawsuit against her. A judge ruled Tuesday that superstar singer Beyoncé can’t dance away from a $100 million lawsuit lodged against her by a videogame maker. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos rejected the hip-hop princess’ request to toss the suit filed by Gate Five LLC. Without explaining, Ramos ruled Gate Five can proceed with civil action charging that Beyoncé “double crossed” the firm when she abandoned its project to make a dance videogame. In the suit filed in April, Gate Five accused the pregnant songstress of a “bad faith breach of contract so callous that, on what appeared to be a whim, she destroyed Gate Five’s business and drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas [2010\].” The suit claims she bailed at the last minute on the project for a videogame called “Starpower: Beyoncé” after making an “extortionate demand” for more money. Gate Five claims the firm financing the game backed out because of Beyoncé’s last-minute maneuvers. Beyoncé’s lawyers countered that she had every right to walk because Gate Five had not secured financing for the project by a mid-November 2010 deadline. This lawsuit has been going on for a minute. BeyBey might want to think about settling because putting folks out of work is definitely not a good look for her public persona. Source

Lindsay Lohan could potentially face several years in prison if she's charged and convicted of allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, a case currently under review by L.A. prosecutors.

But not so fast, says Lohan's criminal defense attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.

"We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press," Holley told PEOPLE on Saturday.

Lohan, 24, will face a felony grand theft charge as soon as Monday, TMZ has claimed. L.A. District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison tells PEOPLE the report is unconfirmed.

The actress is accused of having walked away with a "one of a kind" necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store on Jan. 22. But before police executed a search warrant on her home, the necklace was surrendered to a local LAPD station.

"Lindsay doesn't understand how the store can file a police report when they let her borrow the necklace," said a source close to the actress. "She's used to getting gifted items that are worth way more than that. And why would she steal a necklace? She has tons of jewelry and doesn't need anymore."

Lohan remains on probation and under random drug testing in her ongoing DUI case and faces a Feb. 25 progress review hearing.

She's also currently under investigation by Riverside County prosecutors for allegedly battering a Betty Ford Center employee.

In her DUI case alone, L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox previously warned Lohan on Oct. 22 that any more slip-ups would be met with six months in jail.

: Will.i.am changes lyrics to send message to Obama

It wasn't quite a wardrobe malfunction, but Will.i.am had an off-script Super Bowl moment of his own during the Black Eyed Peas' performance on Sunday night. The singer delivered a message to President Obama by changing three lines to his band's hit "Where Is The Love?" during the 15-minute medley:

"In America we need to get things straight / Obama, let's get these kids educated / Create jobs so the country stays stimulated."

Big Game Ads

[Video: Catch the Big Game ads you missed]

As far as political protest subjects go, children's education and creating jobs aren't the most radical of topics, but I appreciate Will.i.am using America's biggest stage for a constructive purpose. Normally, stars treat their Super Bowl halftime appearance as an opportunity to promote themselves, their albums or partial nudity, so it's nice to hear a little non-controversial social awareness. I think we're all in favor of smart kids and people having jobs.

It's not going to make anyone bring back those strained comparisons to Bob Dylan that Pepsi tried to sell us on two years ago or earn Will.i.am forgiveness for "Boom Boom Pow," but it was something (and much preferable to Fergie shrieking).

Christina Aguilera goofs up the national anthem!

Perhaps she was too concerned with breaking Patti LaBelle's record for turning single-syllable words into entire paragraphs during the singing of "The Star-Spangled Banner," but noted ex-teen queen Christina Aguilera botched the national anthem something fierce before the Super Bowl. Aguilera started out all right, but she had a problem with the ramparts -- specifically, the "O'er the ramparts we watched" line, which she left out altogether.
Aguilera tried to make up for it by combining two lines -- "What so proudly we watched," instead of "What so proudly we hailed", but let's just say that it was too late to reverse the error. Twitter blew up, and all Aguilera could do was to oversing every word from there on out, which she most certainly did.
It was a fitting tribute for a Super Bowl that has seen procedural errors all over the place, from the inability of the city of Dallas to deal with unusual weather to the last-minute news that 400 unlucky people would not get to sit in their paid-for seats.
In case you haven't seen it yet, here's the full performance:

Bonus goof-up points for the flyover at the end of the song -- too bad nobody saw it, what with the roof closed at Cowboys Stadium and all.
Of course, Aguilera's not the first person to goof up the National Anthem in front of a huge audience -- we all remember what Roseanne Barr did to the poor song at a San Diego Padres game a few years back, and the considerably more talented Macy Gray messed it up at the 2001 Hall of Fame game in her hometown of Canton, Ohio, drawing boos from the crowd.
It's a nervewracking situation, and flubbing a line is understandable. However, newly-minted Hall of Famer Deion Sanders of the NFL Network has already tweeted some damage control on Ms. Aguilera's behalf. It's about as feasible as the league's take on all the other mini-disasters of the week, but in the interest of full disclosure, here you go:
